Since video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) was described for anatomic lobectomies, many technical variations have been published. The uniportal technique, which enables the entire procedure to be performed through a single port, was recently introduced. This video shows a uniportal VATS lobectomy for lung cancer treatment.

The authors present a case of a 63-year-old female who developed a large inferior aneurysm following late presentation of myocardial infarction. This rare presentation is discussed with specific regard to imaging and surgical intervention. This patient demonstrates that not all pseudoaneurysms rupture rapidly.

Results of bicuspid valve reconstruction for endocarditis have been suboptimal due to dehiscence of pericardial patches and other causes. This video illustrates complete replacement of destroyed bicuspid leaflets, using glutaraldehyde-fixed autologous pericardial leaflets.
