Cardiac CT Level 1/2 Course – Manchester, UK

Are you looking to gain your BSCI Level 2 certification and be confident in reporting Cardiac CT independently?

Join us this year for 5 days of Cardiac CT Level 1/2 where we will review 150 CTCA cases with BSCI Level 3 accredited trainers from the UK. This intensive course follows the BSCI and SCCT guidelines for level 2 accreditation, and over 5 days will include formal lectures and hands-on training.

Course director: Dr Azhar Khokhar, Head of Cardiology at Southend University Hospital and Head of Cardiac Imaging at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre.

During the course, you will complete a logbook of 150 cases required for the BSCI accreditation. After the course, you are required to complete a further 25 cases in your own hospital setting which is signed off by a senior cardiologist or radiologist. This can be completed within two years of attending the course.

Following sign off, you are eligible to apply for BSCI accreditation and level 2. Once completed, you can report cardiac CT independently.
